Understanding a political organisation can be challenging, particularly for new members. Working closely with Miljöpartiet's leadership, Pantograf developed a dedicated visual language for internal communications that sits comfortably within the party's wider brand while improving clarity, consistency, and ease of understanding. The result was a reusable framework that could communicate organisational information in a clear and engaging way, while remaining flexible enough to evolve over time.
The project centred around three large-format organograms, each designed to answer a fundamental question:
- •How is the party organised? An overview of Miljöpartiet's organisational structure and governance.
- •How can I get involved? A clear guide to the different ways members can participate and contribute.
- •What can I stand for? A visual map of the political roles and elected positions available within the party.
Designed for permanent display at Miljöpartiet's Stockholm headquarters, the diagrams also support presentations, workshops, and member inductions. Alongside the finished organograms, Pantograf developed a flexible design system that enables future diagrams and organisational communications to be produced with the same clarity and consistency. The framework has since been adopted as part of the party's internal communications, providing a shared visual language that serves both new and established members.
