Mapping an organisation

Working closely with Miljöpartiet's leadership, Pantograf developed a dedicated visual language for internal communications that sits comfortably within the party's wider brand while improving clarity and consistency. Alongside a reusable design system for future diagrams, three large-format organograms were created to explain the party's organisational structure, pathways for member involvement, and elected positions. Designed for display at the party's Stockholm headquarters, as well as presentations and member inductions, the diagrams have since been adopted as a core part of the party's internal communications, providing an intuitive reference for both new and established members.
